
The mission is to create a classic bistro atmosphere, a cozy and informal meeting place with simple, rustic dishes and seasonal local produce. It’s about giving the guest a top-class taste experience with lovely warm service.
Our open rooms provide the framework for a homely atmosphere. From the traditional restaurant atmosphere with bar and lounge area in front of our fireplace to the French wine cellar.
The epitome of the restaurant is the tension between the regulars who come daily for their coffee and home baked goods or for an evening beer in the bar, to dinner in the large bistro where you can choose freely from our simple a´la carte menu and enjoy a glas of wine or two.
